This study presents the investigations on effect of heat transfer droplet formation in T-type microfluidic channel. Mineral oil acts as a continuous phase, and water dispersed phase. The Volume Fluid model is used to investigate droplets microchannel. physical properties both fluids change with an increase temperature which dominant are viscosities interfacial tension. parameters such diameter, distance between two consecutive detachment time were studied respect range 300 K 325 K. These also at different flow rate ratios 0.125, 0.25, 0.5. was found decrease due rapid motion zone. decreases, forces hold diameter decreases initially temperature, but it observed that after 320 increases coalescence downstream reported limiting condition for thermally controlled water-in-oil microemulsions.
